details of 8-lane road upon the solid waste wall

This figure [read page 30 of TROFF] shows the manner of usage of the 8-lane road to be laid atop the solid waste wall. The wall is totally for pedestrians only. Separate lanes are provided for walkers, joggers, runners and skaters.

The wall is built up to a height of a 3-storey building.

The wall is provided with a parapet wall with necessary precautions being taken to see that people do not fall down from that height and die.

The road is properly sloped to ensure that rain water does not stagnate but flows through channels at the sides and finally downwards where it is directed into water harvesting pits plentifully provided on either side of the wall in the green belts.
